well, no, not just that. its like, that she has all this pressure on her, so she's comparing herself to a diamond. saying, they wont fade. that like, they wont give up. she's saying that its just pressure, maybe from hollywood, you know. stuff like that :) and she's trying to say, that all of it is worth it.
because she wants to be noticed, she just doesnt wanna be a; ms. soon to be used to be. and she doesnt wanna be forgotten.
so, i guess the meaning is awesome.
