i think it's about something he did (cheating?), which she found out about, and then she had to end it because he hurt her so much,

So she needs to talk about it with him, and has to walk away and close her eyes to hold in the crying maybe? and walking away against her will is him basically making her walk away, she doesnt want to, but what he's done hurt too much and she knows its the better thing to do.
Aside from him hurting her so much, she doesnt want him to just forget her (kinda obvious...) because at one point they ment so much to each other. everythign still reminds her of him cause it was a recent break up..
