Well, it's pseudo-Blackspeech (the language of the orcs in Lord of the Rings). Tolkien didn't give us enough Blackspeech vocabulary for anyone to actually learn it but we can figure out the basic grammar and some weirdos (Varg Vikernes is head of said weirdos) have developed their own Blackspeach vocab.
A few of the words here are genuine Tolkien Blackspeech and a few more are Elvish words, here's the few I know:
bûrzu = black, dark (darkness?)
Mordor = Mordor (I think we all know this one)
urûk = Orc (familiar to the rest of Middle Earth in the form "urûk-hai")
Nazgûl = Ring Wraith, Black Rider
Manwe = Manwë Súlimo, the highest of the Valar (the "gods" of the Elves) second only to Ilúvatar ("The High One" who basically invented everything)

Aside from that I've got nothing.
I'm a bit of a Tolkien Scholar :)
