After reading what Thetafarm said I noticed a connection.. especially with "Cut me open with precision, and we'll finger the incision," "we are the 1000 children of death," as well as "From Gelatin, to specimen, to emptiness"

However, I am not in total agreement with anyone. (Even though I did back up thetafarm's interpretation)
This song is very figurative.. when I listen to it though I picture a ghost-like woman looking over her life as flowers in the garden. Picking away the ones that hold the most horrid of memories.
I feel that she was in an abusive relationship of some sort, which eventually lead to her death. However, that doesn't explain the "Children of death" part.
