i love this album! i agree with the above about how its about living in the world but i also think it is about her journy in life as a whole. like "i start up in the north" she lived in canada. "sprinkle it with sensibility from french and hungarian snow" her parents are french and hungarian. so they are teaching her things... sensibility i guess :) then she moves to europe. and what not... eventually becomes more spiritual. "i fly back to my nest....... every thing is different" she comes back home but she is a different person. so anyways she tells the story of her life in my opinion. my favorite line in this song is "seperating from scource the original sin" like how she used to be catholic... now shes.... "post catholic" as she says... god i love her!!!!!
