I feel like these lyrics are about how stupid people are, and POS is just talking about how the people that crowd this world are like and what they do. Very great lyrics and very amazing rap artist. People do strive to be something that we can NEVER be, but that is the way life is, and will be forever. Great song, the first time I heard I just had to repeat it over and over again.
