Where Do I Stand?

This is about two people in a relationship but only one of them is in love with the other. The one that is in love starts to realize his partner is not, and tries to convince him/her to leave the person before the person gets hurt.

"If you don't see it You can never walk away" is... If you don't realize you're not in love, you're not going to end the relationship

"If you don't feel it It's going to get harder everyday" is... If you don't love me, it's going to be harder to leave me, the more this relationship develops

"But you don't want love Keeping you awake at night 'Till you can sleep" is... But you don't want to have to deal with a break up, so you won't do it

"Dear I feel that you've settled You've always pushed me in the shadow" is... Obvious. He feels like the person has settled and is neglecting him.

"When you wake up alone Do you love me still?" is... Probably the best line. Meaning...when you wake up without me, do you still love me, or do you only "love" me when I'm around because that's how you think you should feel.

"Do you wake up at all?" is... Also a great line. Do you ever stop pretending to yourself that you love me?
