As much as I love Flying Club Cup, this song always makes me smile in recognition, because I think it's Beirut's take on Portuguese Fado! Besides the musical similarities, Zach mentioned in the Grauniad that Fado was one of the influences for this album... and the song's called St. Apollonia, same as Lisbon's old, romantic train station!
