she said things that she is going to regret because he's telling her what she doesn't want to hear

this shows how she is trying to deal with the pain of her not loving him like punching her chest and screaming into a pillow to release the pain and anger

then she want him to hear her out so she's saying don't say goodbye just yet and says

remember the love that they had, remember how she was so in love she carried his heart and love round with her and she says there's no on else to blame but herself for letting herself get s far in love as she did.
