This song is more complex than it appears, i think.
When you first look at it it just looks as if someone is getting frustrated because of the pressure in their life and they're stressing.
I read the line "there is no romance in conversation, the words fall out like you're out of patience" (the lyrics above are wrong in places) and i know from experience that these are side effects of quite severe depression. When you try and have a normal conversation with anyone it comes out grumpy and angry but its just that your mind is so preoccupied inside itself (the part about "suffocation") that you cant even speak normally.
So the song is about not only the stress and frustration, but how it appears on the outside as opposed to how it feels on the inside.
