hmm, I don't really get this song, but I thought the beginning of the song meant something about eating disorders. The ana & mia could stand for anorexia and bulemia. Those terms are commonly used with people who have ED. I was so excited because I THOUGHT I finally understood one line of the song...but I was wrong!
