I agree with good ol' Ballstothewall. I'd just like to add that they might also be saying that we blame God for our own choices.
God has no jurisdiction over free will. All of our choices are our own, God has nothing to do with it. If a child is murdered, it's because another man decided to do so. Especially if we leave our decisions to chance.
