I do agree with what you others have said before me, the lyrics in this song is one of the worst written by Jocke. I'm not a huge fan of the swedish lyrics for this song either, even if it's better than the english.
Jocke said in a swedish interview that Bianca is about peoples expectations to be something big without doing anything. Also, he said that it's a political song.
Since the translation's pretty much the same, about all these material things, I guess that the english version tells the same story.
