When I first heard this song it made me think of "Alice in Chains" there's a strong grunge sound to it very reminiscent of AIC, even the singing is similar, though this singer is easier to understand than AIC. It's a good song, not a great song, but good. The only thing that keeps this from being a great song is its lack of originality, all this has been done before, some girl doesn't like you for who you are, you have to fake it all and pretend all the time. I think after hearing renditions of this kind of song 2,000 times over we get the idea, although Another Animal still did a nice job on it, it's a fun sing along, mellow, slow, grungey kinda depressing song, but I love it.
