You guys are right, I think its about a coroner who gets off on the fact that hes surrounded by death/sickness that leads to death. Or its about a doctor who enjoys the aformentioned death and sickness but also chooses to let them die/become even more sick for his own pleasures. TBDM are amazing, in more ways then one.
