basically there's a guy she's into and is pursuing. it's all good at first "you didn't mind" but when she starts getting more aggressive she rejects her "you cough me out." still she likes him, and watches him from afar, hoping that one day he'll realize what he's missing out on. "i will be everywhere you are... i've been watching you around" she's determined to have him and to make the feelings mutual. almost a bit stalkerish... idk it's still an amazing song!!
