this is my favourite delta song out of all of them! the lyrics are so beautiful and really have a strong meaning.... like the others said i think its about delta not knowing wether or not she will survive the cancer...
even though the lyrics suggest it, i dont think it just has to be about her partner it could also be about anyone else, family, friends ect
the version she sang at the visualise was fantastic but like you said Jacqui1 it had a very different feel.
