I'm having mixed feelings about what this song could mean...
I think its about a girl that he was possibly dating and he was always saving her and protecting her. Then one day, he almost couldn't take it anymore.
So he's pleading for someone to rescue him because hes so confused about everything that is going on. He doesn't know what to do, because hes always putting her first; therefore wanting him to escape and be rescued.
Thats kinda what i got from this song. I might be totally wrong, but i skimmed over the lyrics and listened to it several times, and this is what i thought of(:
