I don't think it is about a prostitute, I think it is about a relationship where the two people are quite faux. They pretend to be "working for the red the white and blue" and "capital shaker" but they are behind the seens drug users and are so entangled by there love and lust that they don't want to leave or stay.
I think the last two lines are meant to be
"it's likely to pro quandary
I deserve so much more than this."
as in it's gonna make them nonplussed and confused and they know they deserve more, but this is what they have.
