"here comes the sadness that i miss so much" meaning hes becoming depressed again. And the rainbows that he cant see represent that he cant remember anymore what its like to be happy. But theres one person who instigates this sadness, and that person is the only one who can stop it "because you could have been the one, to make it all disappear" meaning that person is the only one who can fix it
