I can see where you're coming for, but to me it means something else:
I see her as seeing an old boyfriend and she ends up sleeping with him. He was probablly her first love and ended badly and here she is regretting that she had sex with him. I think she's more dissapointed with herself than anything because she promised herself that she would never do this again but she is anyway. So she's praying to God that he'll get her through this.
