I believe the name for this song was taken from a restaurant DTR dined at during the recording of this album. In one of their myspace blogs it says the following:
"Hey there friends, family, and people just stopping by. We have been here in Baltimore, Maryland recording for the past two weeks. It has been incredible. We are recording with producer Brian McTernan(Thrice, Circa Survive, The Bled) and putting all of our heads/hearts together to create the new album. We've had a chance to explore this amazing city quite a bit, and we are loving it. Most noteably, we have been eating at a little resturaunt called Isabella's(in Little Italy) at least once a day. Best food we've ever had. Period."
