"you're pretty good looking for a girl"
i think it means ok yes she's hot, but i think the "for a girl" is meaning perhaps that she is aware of what's going on around her, that she is intelligent, inquisitive and ambitious. this would be backed up by "your eyes are wide open". She is good AT looking.
"But your thoughts have been stolen by the boys who took you out and bought you everything you want now"
So even though she has all this great potential in her future she doesn't have/get to exploit it because guys will just give her everything she wants anyway so she wont develop her talents.
She wont have to work for anything in her life. I don't know if jack sees this as good or bad but it seems that he is angry at himself for being like the other guys in that he will do stuff for her for nothing: "the thought sounds so absurd and i don't wanna be your toy."
so he is angry that he is weak and feels a bit of a sucker
(just like every other guy then)
yeah so i don't think he finds guys more attractive.
