i think its portraying what we all do in times of hurt. Give our fingers a place to go, a God we cant see is barking orders. Whenever we get mad or something bad hapens we immediateley blame God.
The drowning are asking, Who'll stop the rain? Have the angels all gone away? The suffering is not passing Who will stop the pain?
