I believe that this song is about Christianity. The singer (sorry, I forget his name) cant figure out if he should be christian or not. He believes that theres no proof that there really is a god and doesnt wanna waste his whole life following god if it'll mean nothing. But he also feels an emptyness inside him which he cant heal himself.
Do they even cure you - does christianity save you from hell? is there a after life at all?
