If I'm not mistakened, then this was made by Hayley Nichole Williams and some boys in another band.
Not sure what the other band was, really.
The meaning of the song is pretty straight forward.
As are most of the Paramore songs.
They barely have any confusing lyrics, yet their songs are still brilliant and beautiful.
