Lyric discussion by iggy1110

It was very, very ignorant of you to submit these lyrics which you did not fully transcribe on your own, especially when they are riddled with errors. Now this incomplete, incorrect set of lyrics, which you at the least could have proof read, is circulated throughout the internet. You had no confirmation from Amanda that these were correct.

The first part:

My friend has problems with winter and autumn. They give him prescriptions, they shine bright lights on him. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it, but sometimes you're born with it.

I think Amanda may be referring to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD); depression caused by lack of sunlight. People with SAD are usually affected the worst during winter in autumn, and are usually given treatment for it by shining a specially designed lamp into the person's eyes.

Not my favorite song, but it's okay.
