Yeah, I agree for the most part with what's been said. I personally think it's about someone that's in a relationship of some sort with a person that has a problem of some kind (depression, drug addiction, etc..), but is too proud to admit it and pretends to be fine. Eventually, the other person gives up trying to help them completely.
