I think that the song can be interpreted alot of ways, but i think its about him and the girl [ofcourse].
and the girl wasn't ready for the relationship, but she had gotten to far into it and when she broke up seemed seemed like a big bad guy.
and stephen is upset and angry and isn't looking at the stituation from both sides.
