Okay, here's my guess: this song is about Victor, Carl and their older brother Gustaf (of Mando Diao).
Victor has been irritating Gustaf a lot. You know, like little brothers do, he's been "singing to you loud" and so on. Gustaf got really angry, and he locked Victor in their basement. "Does it hurt now?" is Gustaf trying to teach Victor a lesson. He wants to make him understand that he never should imbaresse him in front of his friends or something like that, again.
The "you better come back" is Victor saying that Gustaf better come back, or else, he'll tell mum. Carl is a bit older than Victor, he's kind of stuck in the middle. 'Cause Gustaf is a bit more mature and has those cool friends, but he's also controlling. With this song, Victor tries to convince Carl that he should release him from the basement. And that they can be better than Gustaf if they work together. It will take time, they have to be two, but they won't let Gustaf control them any more. Lol! :)
