The question is, are we going to do something about the world, or pretend it's all fine and dandy? We could take a stand and try to help, or forget all about it and shove the issue under the rug.
To turn the state of the earth around, it has to be more than a portion of the world. It has to be a great percent of the world to do this. And if we don't? There will be nowhere to hide. It's not like something happening in one small place. It's the WORLD. We have to do something.
