First off I wanna say that I absoultley love this song. One thing that I have come to realize about any (and every) john lennon or beatles love song is that you can really like a certaint love song and it'll be just another good love song to you. But if your'e actually in love and hear their songs, it hits you so much harder and has more meaning to you.

Overall this song is john writing out his love for yoko. when he says "Everyday we used to make it love, Why can't we be making love nice and easy" I always saw that as like their relationship was on the verge of going really bad, and he's just saying (in other words) we used to have it so good. what happend?
