To me it seems like the singer has found himself caring about somebody and is trying to cover for it by acting "cool" and invulnerable. He's never wanted to dance with nobody but her... but no, it's not that he actually wants to dance with her, it's just because she wouldn't take no for an answer. And if there's nothing she can do to him that he has not already done to himself, if there's no way she can hurt him that he hasn't already hurt himself, then there's no risk of getting seriously hurt by her.
But this is probably waaaay the wrong song to get sentimental about. Knowing MSI, Neon's interpretation is probably more accurate.
