First off, The Classic Crime is an amazing band and I am so glad that they put out this acoustic EP. It shows a side of them that we didn't see from Albatross and probably won't see in The Silver Cord.
'Blindfolded' starts out by questioning love and life: "Do we just exist? And does love persist? The questions of purpose and loving of destiny" and trying to decide whether "bliss" is as simple as finding eternal peace or if one has to change their mindset and beliefs to fit their image of "bliss".
The song shifts to say that they're "not listening" to the criticisms and comments of those around him/her.
Basically, the song revolves around questioning life itself. What is happiness? How can we achieve it?
