I agree with the above explanation. It shows the ying yang possibilities for choosing to believe in what you think is right and what you get for doing it. Being a drug dealer is generally viewed as a bad thing, but popular, and (evidentially,) yields you respect and money, or so they say. Being respectful, not objectifying women, and being a good person isnt cool to many, and you seem to lead a normal life, and "roughing" it occasionally. I think this is implied irony, and shows the decision process every young person goes through every once in a while: Sell Drugs, get money, be popular OR do the right thing, struggle to get money, women don't show you the same respect (because some reason lots of em seem to like being treated like shit, and I stress the word SOME)
