I think this song is about a person who's in a relationship. He loves her more than anything else, but he doubt she feels the same way. He don't know if she's into him at all. He starts to think if she's just with him, to be with someone until she finds something better.
I'm not sure, and I'm not that good at interpreting lyrics, but that's just what I think.
