She's not saying she'd crazy, basically just that she's difficult to be with, and she will stand up for herself, and yes, she's almost daring him to try and be with her. I really relate to it, because I don't think a lot of men could handle me; many seem to want submissive types, Fiona's saying she's not one of them. I'm not one either. I really relate to the lines "I may be soft in your palm but I soon grow hungry for a fight, and I will not let you win. My pretty mouth will frame the phrases that will disprove your faith in man."
