Well, it turns out that that is exactly what this song is, although I'm not sure if the words translate the same way. Nevertheless, the song is beautiful. I love it when Sarah takes a well known song and puts it in another language. She's done this before with My Heart Will Go On, which for her is now called Il Mio Cuore Va. Great job.
