While it didn't sound like Halford's voice, there is indeed SOMEBODY clearly audible at 2:33 that says the words "do it". I've since played this thing backwards on Goldwave and heard nothing suspicious.
But, to whomever it may concern, listen to the song. Start it at about 2:25. He'll sing "better by you, better than me"... then there's a groan by Halford, then he sings "you can tell what I want it to be"... and THEN, the words "do it" are clearly audible.
