The second verse (It's a routine flight...etc) is told from the view of the hijackers of the airplanes (there's more worms... Afterlife: referring to the Muslim belief that martyrdom results in marriage to forty virgins). "on the Money' and 'bullseye' refer to statements heard on radio made by the pilot hijackers near the time of impact with the towers.
