i dont think this song has any deep meanings other than what its saying. i think its just about a guy who really liked a girl and she left him for no reason. and he thinks that when she was with him it was a lie ("tell me again just why you lied to me")
and now that the girl is gone he doesn't know what to do because everything that used to be is not even more. and he feels like he needs to be with her even tho he knows she is gone and when she was there he knew she was going to leave.
