isn't it "I will go off ON you" Not for?? It makes mre sense to go off ON someone because she's obviously mad at them, you know?

I sounds like "on you" most of the time, but at one section is sounds like "for." Both actually work and have the same general meaning. Though there are some implied differences. "On you" is more like just a general statement of action, whereas "for you" implies she might not go off on someone else for w/e reason, but for you she will. A little more meaning in that sentence but "on you" appears to be the correct one used in this case.
