She hurt him... and maybe she's trying to 'sweet talk' him back, sleep with him and sayin' she loves him... but since she hurt him, for him, LOVE IS PAIN. Its really a "f*ck you - I don't need you anymore" song. and "I want you to feel the pain that I'm feeling after what you did!"
