It's about her memories where she remembers the abuse (you know where I'm fragile, you know how to kill) and injecting herself drugs to make her forget the pain. In all cases the victim/survivor of abuse think they will to be blamed (which is implanted by their abusers) so they keep their suffering bottled up, not telling anyone in fear that anyone wouldn't believe them. So surrounding isn't much of a help too. And the abuse makes you numb,all mixed with shame living in guilt and going...
