I don't know but it sounds like this song is in the point of view of a real straightedge person, and all the fake straightedge people around him/her. Like you know how a person claims edge but they're only doing it for the title and not what it stands for.
OR it could be about how all the people that are into drinking and drugs bash the people that choose edge because they're a bunch of 'pussies'. Just a thought, it's probably not even close to the real meaning though.
