The 17th Of June is a street in Berlin (Straße des 17. Juni) named after a uprising in 1953 in East Berlin which was put down by the communists. It leads through the Tiergarten, a huge park, which was right next to the wall. There you can still spend your summer in Berlin, but it won't be so quit now becoming centre of the city again.
