This seems to be about a temptress coming from hell, veiled as a "Maiden of Beauty dressed in Rainbow." Albatross is used as a great burden, as well as a bird, so this would make sense (Isle of fire and albatross).

Lemuria is the name of the possible sunken continent, which is also known as Mu or Ry'leh. In the Cthulu Mythos, Ry'leh was where Cthulu, one of the 'Great Old Ones,' was buried. He was supposed to have a cult, and Cthulu is also used to describe a great evil, like the devil. This fits because lemuria is put as a place "Past the golden pillars of the lore to Lemuria."

However, Lemuria was also a festival that the Romans used to exorcise demons or ghosts from their homes. This fits the rest of the song better, but it seems to not fit the context of the lyrics. If it does fit, it's a bit of a stretch.
