I'm probably wrong, but I think this is about George facing death and realising how beautiful life really is, he didn't appreciate things till he was trying to save his own life,apparantly he traveled around the world to different doctors looking for a cure to his cancer. I think it is an amazing song and everyone should take something from it, life is the greatest gift any of us will ever have, we just don't always realise that.Anyway I love George Harrison and think he is really underated, the album that this song is from, Brainwashed, is , in my opinion, the best solo album by any of the Beatles.
