Religions arent all religions of peace. some of them preach the killing of individuals or groups for any reason. + this is more about spiritual healers that give sick people false hope by saying that they have a gift from god that makes them able to heal. Wich is not the case and they know it (the spiritual healers) so they end up killing their patients that couldve lived if they received real medical care.
