I've taken a personal liking to Btoum-Roumada so it means something completely different to me, but it does sound as though it could signify his dull and almost depressing existance at times. The high note at the end is him thinking "It's my birthday, right?", followed by this song. Penty Harmonium is the subsequent birthday, which, as you can tell, turns out to be quite sad.
